I am 13 years old and I did the hardest variation for the 3 rounds🤩 I'm really proud of myself, and now (with the help of your videos) I learn the handstand which I can hold for 1 min 8 sec and I learnt the handstand pushup and I can do 10 of them without rest. I'd love it, if you could do a video of 1 arm handstand, thats a thing I am currently practicing. Thank you for this videos😄

I have had a anterior pelvic tilt for 10 yrs I always would do yoga to stay mobile but my back got worst when I got older so you guys helped me a lot . If I had to pick one 1️⃣ I say I got a weak glute and some weak lower abs🎉
